Benefits
Reports all tampering
HELP-AC signals:
- the removal of an AC LOOP device;
- a short circuit occurring;
- if even just one of the two system cables is cut;
- if the length of even one of the two system cables is changed;
- if HELP-AC itself is tampered with.
Offers total protection
HELP-AC offers total protection due to issuing an alert if:
- the 4 pairs of cables of each control unit are tampered with or the cable ducts or technical rooms are accessed, thanks to 2 dedicated lines.
No electrical contact
Thanks to self-calibration during the installation phase, HELP-AC adapts to:
- the length and characteristics of the system cables;
- the power and frequency of the energy pulse of each channel;
- the aging of the system;
- any changes in temperature and humidity.
Checks cable presence in two ways
Thanks to an innovative patented system, it checks the presence of cables in two ways – without availing of any electrical contact with the line to be protected.
HELP-AC details
By day
HELP-AC measures the passage of current during the day.
By night
At night, it generates a series of pulses on the cables.
Thanks to the TAHELP-TX device, the energy is then transferred to the cable via electromagnetic induction, where the ACLOOP device closes the circuit.
The impulse retraces the return cable, reaches the TAHELP-RX device and then, via electromagnetic induction, is transformed into an impulse current.
HELP-AC detects and measures this, comparing the values with those stored during the installation phase. If there are discrepancies, it signals such through an alarm activated by the programmable relay or by the ModBus protocol, allowing you to swiftly inform the control personnel or the police.
